Being human is challenging. We are individuals who long for connection—to feel seen, understood, and appreciated. Relationships are vital for our survival. Yet, in our fast-paced world, it often feels like everyone is rushing by without stopping to check in. This can leave us feeling invisible, ignored, and questioning our worth.
In these moments, it becomes essential to return to ourselves. There, we can rediscover the solace and strength that come from our own love and appreciation. Trusting in our own worth makes us resilient. This poem explores the journey of moving from seeking validation from others to recognizing how deeply we matter to ourselves.
